Qualifications:

  • 5+ years driving complex technical marketing projects or campaign launches with demonstrable impact on revenue or user growth metrics.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering & BI teams - you can read API documentation, understand front-end architecture decisions, and participate meaningfully in technical trade-off discussions.
  • Data-driven decision making capabilities with proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Looker, or similar) to measure project impact and iterate based on user behavior.
  • Experience shipping at high-growth technology companies where speed-to-market determined competitive advantage.
  • Mastery of modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) with the judgment to know when to break the rules.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of context-switching between technical documentation and executive briefings
  • AI tool proficiency for accelerating workflows - from project planning to stakeholder communication
  • Track record of managing 10+ person cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, marketing, and data science
  • Experience with marketing technology stack including CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, A/B testing frameworks, and conversion optimization systems

Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of marketing initiatives from ideation to launch, maintaining daily momentum on high-visibility projects that shape company strategy.
  • Orchestrate front-end development sprints, coordinating between engineering, sales, design, and marketing to ship customer-facing features that move acquisition and retention metrics.
  • Own the operational cadence for marketing campaigns, product launches, and growth experiments - including weekly executive reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps breaking down ambitious goals into measurable milestones with clear ownership and deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain project velocity metrics tracking sprint velocity, deployment frequency, and time-to-market while identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Manage stakeholder communications across all levels from daily standups with engineers to weekly executive briefings and board deck contributions.
  • Drive rapid experimentation cycles launching A/B tests, analyzing results, and iterating on winning variations within days not weeks.
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns ensuring alignment between paid acquisition, organic content, email marketing, and product launches.
  • Own project risk management proactively identifying dependencies, resource constraints, and technical debt that could impact delivery timelines.
  • Build and maintain project documentation including technical specifications, marketing briefs, launch checklists, and post-mortem analyses/
  • Champion AI-powered project management tools to accelerate planning, automate status updates, and predict potential delays before they impact delivery.
  • Facilitate rapid decision-making by presenting clear trade-offs, data-driven recommendations, and unblocking teams within hours not days.
  • Measure and report on project impact connecting project outputs to business outcomes including conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Scale project management excellence by developing repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes that accelerate future initiatives.
