Who You Are
The Sr. Project Manager, Revenue Operations, will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex systems implementation and business intelligence (BI) projects within the Revenue Operations department. This role will work cross-functionally with internal team members as well as stakeholders across Affiliates, Marketing, Customer Service, Support, Finance, and Product teams to ensure successful project outcomes, alignment with business goals, and on-time delivery. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills, capable of driving strategic outcomes, managing cross-functional alignment, and mitigating risks across complexinitiatives.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a proven track record in managing large-scale implementations and BI projects.  Proven ability to engage with senior leadership (Directors, VPs, and C-level executives) to align project goals with broader business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage large systems implementation and business intelligence projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Manage small projects and assigned tasks as directed by the Revenue Operations leadership team.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Director of Revenue Operations and senior leadership (Directors, VPs, CXOs), aligning project priorities with departmental and company-wide initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring open communication among team members and stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, using strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Build and maintain trust with key stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment, cross-functional buy-in, and project success.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes, creating training, enablement, and communication strategies to support end-user success.
  • Document project processes and outcomes, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in project execution.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring early identification and resolution of potential roadblocks. Conduct root cause analysis for project setbacks and provide actionable solutions.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors and external partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and business priorities.
  • Ensure projects drive measurable business value and align with the organization’s long-term strategy. Work with finance and operations departments to track project ROI and optimize resource allocation.
  • Experience in emerging technologies, project management trends, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience with SaaS-based revenue models and their operational impacts.
  • 8-10 years of project management experience, with a strong track record of leading complex systems implementation and business intelligence projects.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, with an ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter, comfortable operating independently and driving outcomes with minimal oversight
  • Customer-centric and data mindset, with a bias for action and continuous improvement
  • Typical work hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm CST , however certain projects may dictate after hours and weekend support.
