How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery to improve service reliability, operational performance, and customer experience
- Partner with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and teams across multiple departments to align priorities, drive accountability, and support successful project execution
- Oversee project planning, resource alignment, risk identification, and execution across multiple workstreams to deliver measurable business value
- Establish project plans, timelines, governance, and success measures that keep initiatives aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Monitor scope, budgets, risks, quality, service levels, and performance metrics to maintain momentum and ensure project goals are achieved
- Track progress, dependencies, and key decisions, proactively addressing issues and driving mitigation plans to reduce delivery risk
- Communicate project strategy, status, milestones, and challenges clearly to leadership and stakeholders to support alignment and informed decision-making.
- Mentor junior project managers and help elevate project management discipline, consistency, and effectiveness across the team

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 3 years of project management experience
Skills
- Strong ability to work directly with business leaders and to support multiple stakeholders and assignments
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a data-driven approach and the ability to translate complex ideas for all levels of the organization
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence outcomes and build alignment
- Ability to work effectively and proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and agile delivery management tools (e.g. Jira)
