As a Senior Project Manager – Grid Integration, based in Raleigh, NC, you will play a critical role in delivering complex, high‑voltage substation and grid integration projects that enable the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy.
You will work within a highly collaborative, cross‑functional environment alongside engineering, procurement, and construction teams, bringing large‑scale turnkey projects to life. From renewable integration and digital substations to strengthening grid reliability, your work will directly support communities, utilities, and industries across North America.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead high‑value EPC projects from early planning through execution, commissioning, and phased energization. You will manage challenging, fast‑paced programs with overlapping scopes, multiple subcontractors, and diverse stakeholders—while contributing to continuous improvement and project excellence.

How you’ll make an impact- Lead end‑to‑end planning, scheduling, and execution of grid integration and substation projects
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables aligned with customer expectations
- Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and overall financial performance
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization activities
- Monitor project performance using earned value management tools
- Support contract negotiations, change management, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Communicate clear, timely project status updates to customers and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
- Experience leading large‑scale EPC projects, preferably in grid, power, or heavy industrial sectors
- Proven execution experience with Tier‑1 EPC contractors or owner‑engineers
- Strong capability in schedule control, cost management, and stakeholder alignment
- Work authorization to be employed in the United States
