As a Senior Program Manager within Capital Group's Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will independently lead highly complex, cross-functional technology programs and initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes. You will partner with senior business leaders, technology directors, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic change, navigate ambiguity, and ensure successful execution of some of the firm's highest-priority initiatives. This role requires both exceptional delivery expertise and strong leadership capabilities, including governance, stakeholder management, and team development.

  • You demonstrate significant experience leading large-scale business transformation, program management, or strategic change initiatives in complex organizations.

  • You can lead enterprise-scale initiatives across artificial intelligence, information security and risk, cloud computing, or other major technology transformation areas.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $187,016-$317,927

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
