SUMMARY

We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Leadership Enablement, to drive the growth and development of our sales leadership team, with a core focus on our first-line sales managers. Reporting to the Director, GTM Excellence Strategic Programs, you will lead the development and delivery of specialized enablement programs designed to equip our sales leaders with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to drive team performance and overachieve revenue goals. You will work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and other teams to identify highest-area needs, create curriculum and content, and drive role-based learning for our sales leadership. This is a high-growth opportunity for this role as the GTM Excellence team scales to support the fast-growing Revenue organization.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Program Development and Execution: Collaborate with Sales executives, Sales Leadership (with a specific focus on first-line sales managers), Product Marketing, RevOps and other stakeholders to create and deliver leadership development programs that support key sales plays, new product introductions, new sales process and tool adoption, and other motions critical for our sales leadership's success. This includes program design tailored to the unique needs of sales leaders.
  • Training & Coaching Customization and Delivery: Develop and deliver highly customized training programs on sales leadership product knowledge, sales techniques/skills, sales processes/tools. This includes designing, working with SME’s and  delivering leadership training specific to managing sales teams, coaching methodologies, sales discipline, and leadership development.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct constant needs assessment and evaluation of effectiveness of leadership development programs, making adjustments to meet the needs of a fast-growing sales force.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align training with business objectives. Engage with cross-functional teams to gather content to base trainings on, ensuring relevance and impact for sales leaders.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage enablement technologies to enhance learning experiences for sales leaders. Advocate for the adoption of new sales motions, tools and practices tailored for leadership effectiveness.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism with the sales leadership team to continuously improve learning programs. Adapt to changing market conditions and sales leader needs.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in sales training, sales enablement, program management, or sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience as a sales leader (e.g., first-line sales manager) or a proven track record of working very closely with sales leader stakeholders.
  • Experience with sales skills/methodologies such as value selling, MEDDPICC, transformational leadership, etc., specifically as applied to sales leadership development.
  • Experience developing content for both live and eLearning formats, with an emphasis on customizing for a leadership audience.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in sales enablement or learning & development.
  • A strong background in relentless prioritization and reporting of actions and outcomes.
  • Developed and launched successful learning programming for sales teams, with a focus on leadership development.
  • Strong coalition-building and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities.
  • Technical understanding of cloud security solutions.
  • Dynamic and engaging presenter with a knack for building trust and inspiring people to learn.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$151,000$208,000 USD
