What Makes You a Great Fit
The Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving the go-to-market strategy and execution for our innovative global workforce management solutions. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role will focus on growth initiatives, product launches, sales enablement, and market research.
The ideal candidate will bring strong product marketing expertise and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Market Research & Business Insights
- Lead strategic business and market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Use insights to shape product development, positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and monitor market shifts.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market planning.
- Partner with the Brand & Content team to create compelling collateral, videos, sales tools, and case studies that drive GTM initiatives.
- Work with Digital Marketing and Demand Generation teams to drive full-funnel campaigns that meet pipeline and revenue goals.
Product Launches
- Own product launches and release marketing, creating a repeatable framework of deliverables.
- Partner with sales enablement and GTM teams to ensure effective execution.
Sales Enablement
- Work closely with sales enablement to develop strategies, materials, toolkits, and templates that improve close rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase ACV.
- Provide sales with the insights, messaging, and market knowledge needed to win competitive deals.
Let's Connect If You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS or HR technology — building, launching, and scaling innovative programs.
- Proven track record of marketing complex products and solutions.
- Strong understanding of global talent solutions and the international business landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn data into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with sales teams to create enablement materials.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
