We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team for monday work management—monday’s flagship product, and a category leader. monday work management had shown over the year outstanding growth and impact, this is a rare opportunity to help shape the future trajectory of a market leader product, and grow it to new market opportunities. 

As the dedicated PMM for monday work management, you’ll play an integral part in driving its go-to-market strategy and help take it up-market. From deeply understanding our customers to shaping compelling narratives, messaging, and collateral—you’ll bring the product’s story to life and make sure it resonates with the right audiences.

We’re looking for a hands-on, fast-moving team player who’s passionate about connecting product value with real customer needs. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales to ensure monday work management achieves its full potential in the market.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.


About The Role

Lead product-marketing efforts of monday work management product, including: 

  • Own and lead the PMM efforts of the product from top-of-the-funnel presence up to sales support
  • Develop compelling narratives, messaging, and value propositions to support positioning, launches, and adoption
  • Conduct research on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends, and implement insights in your work
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, define hypotheses and business cases, propose solutions, and execute quickly
  • Lead and create marketing and sales assets such as the product’s website, landing pages, campaign briefs, sales decks, battle cards and more
  • Develop strong relationships with GTM units, product management, marketing managers, and client-facing leaders to leverage opportunities, tackle challenges, and close deals
  • Drive PMM excellence by ensuring deliverables are meaningful, useful, and creating business value

Requirements
  • 5+ years in product marketing within SaaS or tech companies
  • Skilled in both PLG and SLG strategies at scale
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, global organizations
  • Strong ability to think strategically while driving measurable results
  • Skilled at translating product features into compelling, customer-focused narratives
  • Fast, detail-oriented, and hands-on in execution
  • Proven success collaborating with global sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Strong executive presence with influence across all organizational levels
  • High ownership and accountability with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Committed to continuous learning, improvement, and a humble approach

Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $140,000-$165,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
