What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, to join our growing Product Marketing team. This role will report to our Senior Director of Product Management and sits at the intersection of Product Marketing and Sales Enablement, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the right content, tools, and training to win in the field.

As a bridge between the two organizations, you’ll act as a program manager, owning the content calendar, standardizing deliverables, and making sure sellers have access to consistent, impactful materials. You’ll partner closely with product marketers to define what “good” looks like for sales playbooks, training content, and customer-facing assets, while aligning with enablement to drive field readiness and adoption.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we scale sales enablement content, streamline processes, and empower our go-to-market teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Developing and managing the content calendar for product training and value proposition materials, ensuring timely delivery to the GTM teams.
  • Collaborating with the GTM enablement team to create engaging and effective product training materials aligned to sales plays and GTM priorities.
  • Partnering with product marketing colleagues to ensure value proposition and use case content aligns with overall GTM strategy and messaging.
  • Delivering field-ready materials that directly address seller needs and customer challenges.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between the product marketing team and GTM teams, driving alignment and communication.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of training and collateral, adjusting as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Providing stakeholders with regular updates on progress, impact, and adoption of enablement programs.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing and sales enablement.
  • Participating in regular meetings with the enablement team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Partnering cross-functionally on the development and implementation of new sales plays and initiatives as needed.

Who You Will Collaborate With

  • GTM Teams (AEs, CSMs, Renewals, and other applicant departments): Gathering feedback, conducting surveys/interviews, and providing resources to ensure materials are relevant and impactful.
  • Enablement Team: Aligning training delivery and ensuring engaging learning experiences.
  • Product Marketing & Marketing Teams: Maintaining messaging and GTM alignment.
  • Product Team: Ensuring content accurately reflects product features, benefits, and roadmap.

To be successful in this role you'll bring:

  • Solid understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and seller workflows.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Excellent time and task management with attention to detail.
  • Ability to create engaging training and sales materials that drive adoption.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions.
  • A pedagogical mindset, able to turn complex product intelligence into practical, field-ready insights.
  • Proficiency in researching and crafting compelling value propositions.
  • Comfort with AI tools to enhance productivity and team workflows.
Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or program management (B2B SaaS strongly preferred).
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator, able to translate between marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience building standardized content frameworks, templates, or playbooks.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, etc.) is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a balance of strategy and execution.
