Senior Product Manager,
Intapp Walls - platform integrations
Location: Charlotte, NC · Remote (U.S.)
About the role
Intapp is a high-growth, well-established leading supplier of enterprise SaaS business applications software serving the professional and financial services vertical markets. Intapp Compliance solution offers risk and compliance professionals the solutions they need to thoroughly evaluate new business, onboard clients quickly and monitor relationships throughout the client lifecycle. Intapp Walls is the governance layer powering responsible AI adoption across professional services. As Senior Product Manager for Platform Integrations, you'll own the strategy that makes Walls the compliance backbone of the entire Intapp platform—enforcing ethical walls and information barriers across our full product suite. This role is critical to how leading legal, accounting, consulting and financial services firms manage confidentiality at scale whilst adopting agentic AI.
You'll define roadmaps, drive delivery and bring capabilities to market across product, engineering, go-to-market and implementation partners. This is hands-on product leadership: you'll author requirements, lead engineering ceremonies, partner with marketing and sales, and serve as the subject matter expert on walls integrations in client advisory sessions and industry forums. You'll need deep expertise in ethical firewalls, information barrier solutions, and how they integrate across modern enterprise stacks.
What you will doAs a Senior Product Manager, you can expect to:
- Own the product roadmap for four strategic platform integrations: Intapp Celeste (enforcing ethical wall policies across AI retrieval, context and output), DealCloud (extending information barrier enforcement into deal and relationship workflows), Collaboration (applying wall policies across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Intapp Workspaces), and Time (governing access to matter-level timekeeping data consistent with wall restrictions)
- Author product requirements, lead sprint ceremonies, story refinement and release planning with engineering teams to deliver integrated governance across the platform
- Partner with product marketing and sales to develop positioning and sales enablement materials that articulate how Walls integrations solve critical compliance challenges in legal, accounting, consulting and financial services firms
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Walls integrations in client advisory sessions, industry events and strategic sales cycles—translating regulatory requirements across professional services verticals into concrete product requirements
- Identify opportunities to extend ethical wall and information barrier enforcement as agentic AI adoption accelerates across firm environments, and define adoption metrics and client outcomes to inform the roadmap
Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Senior Product Manager role, you will ideally have:
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, with proven ownership of integrations, platform connectors, cross-product features, or compliance-focused solutions
- Deep expertise in ethical walls and information barrier solutions—you understand how they work technically and the regulatory requirements driving them across legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking or private capital markets
- Hands-on familiarity with large language models and agentic AI systems: you understand retrieval, context windows and agent orchestration well enough to define meaningful governance requirements
- Track record driving go-to-market programmes—sales enablement, implementation partner readiness, and client adoption metrics—not just shipping features
- Demonstrated ability to align engineering, sales, marketing and client success around a shared roadmap and vision
