We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead multiple product areas across our Subscriptions and Credit Cards business, some of Credit Karma’s most strategic new initiatives. Subscriptions sits at the core of our vision to deliver ongoing value to members through personalized guidance, proactive insights, and access to premium features that help members make financial progress every day. This role is an opportunity to build, scale, and optimize a business that strengthens long-term relationships with our members while driving meaningful recurring revenue for Credit Karma. You will work on the vision and roadmap for Subscriptions, guide a cross-functional product team, and partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to create delightful experiences that members are willing to pay for.

What you'll do:
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas across Subscriptions, balancing near-term growth with long-term business sustainability.
  • Build subscription offerings that deliver durable member value, including ongoing benefits, personalized insights, and integrated tools across Credit Karma’s ecosystem.
  • Partner closely with Marketing teams to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement across the member lifecycle.
  • Establish clear success metrics (subscriber growth, engagement, retention, revenue per user) and align the team around measurable impact.
  • Champion a member-first approach, ensuring subscription experiences are transparent, trustworthy, and in service of our mission to champion financial progress.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on features, packaging, and pricing models to optimize member value and business outcomes.

Why you'll love this role:
  • Opportunity to build a 0 to 1 product and scale a new business line that is a top company priority
  • Work on high-visibility initiatives with significant executive sponsorship
  • Shape how millions of members engage with Credit Karma day-to-day, not just during episodic financial events
  • Fast-paced environment that operates like a ‘start-up’ within Credit Karma

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience. Consumer product experience strongly preferred, fintech experience not required
  • Strong collaboration skills; comfortable influencing at all levels and across diverse functional teams
  • High ownership mentality with a strong willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • You can guide prioritization decisions and trade-offs based on user needs and company priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • You are a creative product thinker and partner with design to create simple and delightful experiences, even in the face of complex constraints and requirements
  • You have experience shipping multiple complex consumer products with broad reach and measurable impact
  • You have a high level of comfort working with ambiguous goals
  • Can strike a healthy balance between speed of execution and maintaining a high quality bar
  • Adept at driving prioritization decisions and trade-offs based on user needs and company priorities
  • Ability to work on projects that range from immature pre-product fit to larger, market leading initiatives
  • Outcomes-driven, ability to define KPIs and articulate how they can be met by the product plan. Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to strategic planning and problem solving

Benefits at Credit Karma include:

    • Medical and Dental Coverage
    • Retirement Plan
    • Commuter Benefits
    • Wellness perks
    • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Baby Bonding, Cultural Observance, & More)
    • Education Perks
    • Paid Gift Week in December
