Where you’ll be:

This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC.

About the Role:

Electrolux is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, product roadmap, and business performance for our Microwave, Ventilation, and Specialty Range categories. These are strategic growth businesses with products sourced from both internal and external manufacturing partners around the world.

This role owns the long-term product vision and execution for the category, including product planning, feature strategy, pricing, business case development, and product lifecycle management. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with R&D, Design, Global Sourcing, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to deliver innovative products that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the business performance, strategy, and product roadmap for the Microwave and Ventilation categories.

  • Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap, defining future products, features, and technology direction.

  • Lead annual and long-range product planning activities to support business growth objectives.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for microwave cooking and ventilation products.

  • Drive new product development from concept through launch, ensuring products meet customer needs, business goals, timing, and cost targets.

  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and product positioning for new product introductions.

  • Manage product lifecycle activities, including product launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.

  • Partner closely with Product Planning, Innovation, R&D, Design, Manufacturing, Global Sourcing, Purchasing, and suppliers to execute product plans.

  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability through cost optimization, simplification, and sourcing initiatives.

  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform business strategy and product decisions.

  • Contribute to strategic and annual business planning activities and support decisions regarding investment priorities, product direction, and resource allocation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, Category Management, or a related business leadership role.

  • Experience managing product portfolios, product roadmaps, and product lifecycle strategies.

  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing, business case development, forecasting, and product profitability management.

  • Experience working with globally sourced products and international supplier networks.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced business degree.

  • Experience within the appliance, consumer durables, home products, or related industries.

  • Experience with ventilation, cooking, or kitchen appliance products.

  • Knowledge of merchandising principles, retail channels, and homebuilder sales channels.

  • Experience working with global manufacturing and sourcing organizations.
