  • Translate business objectives into actionable delivery work by decomposing epics into features and user stories, defining business requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and success measures, and ensuring work is ready for execution.
  • Drive end-to-end product readiness by evaluating customer journeys, operational workflows, decisioning logic, controls, integrations, reporting requirements, and downstream impacts.
  • Lead product discovery and analysis efforts to identify opportunities, define business and customer needs, evaluate alternatives, and provide recommendations that inform product strategy, roadmap priorities, and delivery decisions.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and execution challenges while providing fact-based recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Influence prioritization decisions across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups by evaluating customer, operational, financial, technology, and risk tradeoffs to maximize business outcomes.
  • Influence product investment decisions by assessing business value, operational impacts, customer experience considerations, implementation complexity, and risk tradeoffs.
  • Support AI/ML-enabled initiatives through evaluation of use cases, business requirements, model outputs, decisioning logic, operational impacts, governance requirements, and performance outcomes.
  • Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), production validation, and post-implementation verification activities as needed to confirm delivered capabilities meet business requirements, customer needs, operational expectations, and control objectives.
  • Monitor product performance and operational outcomes to identify enhancement opportunities, improve adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish and enhance product management, analysis, testing, and governance practices that improve delivery quality, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Communicate product priorities, progress, risks, recommendations, and business outcomes effectively to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to product analysts, testing resources, and cross-functional partners while helping mature product management practices across ULO.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Product Management, Product Delivery, Business Analysis, Business Execution, Operations, Strategic Initiatives, Technology Delivery, or related experience, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience influencing product decisions, prioritization, roadmap planning, or delivery outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in unsecured lending, collections, recovery, financial services, servicing, or operations environments.
  • Experience supporting product strategy, roadmap development, business case creation, prioritization decisions, and value realization.
  • Experience decomposing epics into features and user stories, defining business requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready work.
  • Experience defining requirements, user stories, process flows, operating models, and acceptance criteria for technology-enabled solutions.
  • Experience leading or supporting large-scale transformation, modernization, automation, AI/ML, or digital experience initiatives.
  • Experience evaluating customer, operational, financial, and risk impacts to support product recommendations and investment decisions.
  • Experience influencing prioritization, roadmap planning, investment decisions, and tradeoff discussions across multiple stakeholders and competing business objectives.
  • Experience with Agile product delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Octane, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Technology, Operations, Analytics, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Control organizations.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, model governance, decisioning frameworks, operational implementation considerations, and responsible AI practices.
