Toast Now is one of the most successful and fast-growing products at Toast. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can drive product innovation and own a strategic domain within Toast Now. You’ll work closely with a high-caliber team of engineers, designers, and researchers to shape the future of Toast Now—delivering a best-in-class mobile experience that helps restaurant managers manage their restaurants from anywhere.

This role calls for someone who can take ownership, make sound tradeoffs, and lead their team to execute with confidence. You can take complex ideas, break them down into smaller components, advocate for bold ideas, and rally your team and partners to build and launch them successfully.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where ambitious goals and big challenges are the norm. You have a strong foundation in product management, and what sets you apart is your ability to own your product area end to end, build deep customer connections, and partner with cross-functional teammates to drive measurable impact.

You are obsessed with numbers, constantly digging into data to uncover insights and push beyond surface-level conclusions. You have a track record of finding creative answers to complex questions—turning ambiguity into opportunity

A day in the life (Responsibilities) 

  • Own and drive the roadmap for your area of Toast Now, reimagining how restaurant managers engage with Toast on mobile.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to concept, prototype, ship, measure, and iterate on product features.
  • Define and deliver outcomes in your product area—owning success metrics and driving product changes that create measurable improvements in customer value and product economics.
  • Research and engage deeply with customers—whether through direct conversations, sales interactions, or support calls.
  • Operate at both strategic and executional levels, translating vision into detailed product requirements and cross-functional execution plans.
  • Champion customer needs internally by building strong relationships across teams, influencing decisions on related initiatives with data and insights.

What you'll need to thrive (Requirements)

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager at a Senior level, ideally with mobile product experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships across engineering, design, marketing, and other product teams.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and influence decisions across teams working on related initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and capable of turning vision into execution.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
