In This Role
- Lead and contribute to product strategy, development, and execution across a diverse and evolving Specialty Products portfolio
- Rapidly develop domain fluency across new industries, products, and client segments to identify opportunities and inform roadmap decisions
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to guide product positioning, enhancements, and innovation
- Translate complex and varied client needs into scalable product solutions across multiple verticals
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Operations, Implementations, Service, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver seamless product experiences
- Drive product lifecycle activities including concept development, prioritization, delivery, and performance optimization
- Evaluate and contribute to pricing, bundling, and go-to-market strategies aligned to target client segments
- Lead or support initiatives with multiple stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements across all product initiatives
- Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance product culture
- 4+ years of product management, product development, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military, or education
- Experience in Treasury Management, including payments, collections, or digital product delivery
- Experience working in Agile, platform-based, or product operating models
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, client feedback, and market insights into actionable strategies
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic, complex environments
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to operate with flexibility, learn quickly, and deliver results across multiple domains simultaneously
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity
