Senior Product Manager - Insight DXP Discover & Govern 

At Iron Mountain, our Product Management team is responsible for providing the vision, execution and analysis necessary to build and deliver customer-centric solutions based on deep industry expertise and years of delivery know-how. Our product teams are organized into small, focused teams to operate with speed and agility, while benefiting from the resources of an established information management leader. 

We are looking for a Sr Product Manager with experience with Enterprise SaaS solutions to drive innovation in our AI powered Insight Digital Experience Platform (DXP), a key component of our Digital Business Unit. In this role, you will define the future of Insight DXP Discover and Govern , driving innovation to help customers rein in their unstructured data chaos and govern their information intelligently and compliantly. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Deeply understand customer needs : partner with customers and internal subject matter experts to understand customer needs, drive adoption and ensure measurable value realization around unstructured data discovery and governance. Translate customer insights into actionable product roadmaps that proactively identify risk exposure, and deliver audit-ready and automated information governance. 

Build product strategy and roadmap: define and communicate the strategic roadmap for handling and deriving actionable insights from dark data, sensitive data and effective records retention practices in our Insight DXP platform. Identify market opportunities, understand the market landscape, and drive innovation using AI-powered intelligence and automation 

● Ensure high-velocity execution and innovation: Develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, prioritize requirements and remove roadblocks during the product development process to deliver successful platform experiences in a fast paced environment. 

Drive cross functional alignment : work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to deliver scalable, secure, compliant and impactful product capabilities. Collaborate with other product management teams for a cohesive end to end customer experience. 

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert, lead customer discussions and engagements to validate value and gather input, and support pre-sales and sales 

Drive data-driven decisions / Outcome Tracking: leverage data and advanced analytics tools to drive business decisions and track outcomes. 

What you will need to succeed:

● A strong bias toward action, and a proven track record of delivering SaaS products and enhancements to market at speed, and a curiosity for emerging technologies. 

● Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization are a must.

● 5-8 years of experience in a product manager role for a SAAS solution with global/international experience 

● Experience in building AI and content-oriented applications is highly desired

● Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights

● Experience with Data Privacy & Protection (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), eDiscovery, or Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools is highly preferred. 

● Experience in Analytics/ BI; Data Visualization, Machine Learning, NLP, Intelligent Process Automation a plus 

● Passionate about building functional and engaging customer experiences 

● Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for customer focused innovation and a strong sense of urgency 

● Experience with Agile SDLC and associated tools (e.g. Jira) 

● Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities

● Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance personal and team-wide PM effectiveness, including accelerated insight generation, rapid prototyping, and automated backlog management

● Ability to quickly develop domain and customer expertise 

● Exceptional written and oral communications skills (including presentations), as well as listening and interpretation skills, multi-lingual highly desired 

● Ability to work well in a team environment 

● Results oriented with a high degree of professionalism and integrity 

● BS required, (Engineering or Marketing preferred); MBA highly desired 

Travel: 

● Travel Requirements: 20% including international

Reasonably expected salary range: $123,500.00 - $164,700.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
