Role Summary

Renew Home is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Enrollment Experiences - a key investment area for Renew Home as we seek to grow the largest virtual power plant in North America. This exciting role will be responsible for creating the enrollment product roadmap as well as executing several high-impact and high-visibility initiatives, and working closely with our partners. They will also guide and work closely with a supporting PM who is responsible for delivering a subset of enrollment features. This role reports to the Director of Consumer Product.

What You Will Do

  • Lead product strategy and execution for Enrollment Experiences, a key initiative in scaling Renew Home’s Virtual Power Plant (VPP) across North America.
  • Define and own the product roadmap for enrollment, balancing optimization of existing flows with development of new partner and program enrollment experiences.
  • Drive high-impact, high-visibility initiatives that directly support company growth and partner success.
  • Collaborate closely with a supporting Product Manager, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure coordinated delivery across enrollment features.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, product marketing, business development, and sales to execute the roadmap and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Prioritize product decisions based on customer insights, partner needs, business impact, and scalability.
  • Align enrollment strategies across both VPP programs and referral partnerships to streamline user onboarding and improve activation rates.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in the energy space.
  • Engineering and/or design background.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, etc.
  • Experience managing B2B2C product discovery, roadmaps, and execution.
  • Preferably experience designing and delivering OOBE or sign up experiences with high user counts.
  • Desire to be part of a fast-moving culture with ambitious goals.
