Senior Product Manager (Growth and Monetization) (Match Group Americas, LLC, Dallas, TX)

Lead product strategy for user retention and revenue, leveraging data analysis and machine learning. Manage product lifecycle and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Guide the overall product strategy and plan for user retention through the recommendation and machine learning products. Monitor all product KPIs and partner with data scientists to analyze key business metrics to identify opportunities for user retention and revenue. Support the development of a strategic hypothesis, prioritizing features to evaluate the hypothesis and A/B test the features. Support the strategy and development of product offerings by partnering with legal, engineering, marketing. Leverage an in-depth understanding of data systems and machine learning pipelines to integrate and tailor existing machine learning models and create new ones. Coordinate the ideation and development of zero to one consumer-facing features by partnering with product designers. Have working knowledge of design tools like Figma and experience with wireframing and prototyping. Have experience building features that directly drive revenue KPIs. Have in-depth understanding of network effects, virality and building features that drive growth and engagement for millions of users. Develop new features for native applications designed to scale for millions of users. Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of products, initiatives, and technologies (including the development and communication of the product vision through product roadmaps). Support the development pipeline with engineering team to ensure the product roadmap is on track. Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to participate in architectural and design sessions, business process, and operational discussions to create world-class technology products scalable to millions of users and services built on iOS, Android, and Web. Understand technical tradeoffs as well as business KPI tradeoff for balancing revenue and user engagement and retention. Domestic travel required up to 10% of the time. Position allows telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as Product Manager or any occupation/position/job title involving product management and analyzing data to drive decisions.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, or related field, plus 3 years of professional experience as Product Manager or any occupation/position/job title involving product management and analyzing data to drive decisions.
Must also have experience in the following: 3 years of professional experience utilizing product management (including leading and collaborating with the design, analytics, and development teams across web and apps) and analyzing data to drive decisions and proficiency using tools and systems to find necessary data (including Excel, Tableau, Mode, or Advanced Analytical SQ) and design and ideation tools (Figma, Sketch, Figjam, or Miro); 3 years of professional experience conceptualizing and product managing direct consumer-facing features (Business to Consumer) built on iOS and Android for a global tech company; 3 years of professional experience handling large volumes of data and performing data queries using querying languages including SQL, deriving insights from the data, and strategizing future roadmap decisions based on those insights; 3 years of professional experience creating and implementing A/B tests on large scale (50M+ MAU) consumer-facing iOS and Android products using a hypothesis-driven approach; 3 years of professional experience building zero-to-one consumer-facing core products that deal with marketplace dynamics and network effects; 3 years of professional experience performing software engineering practices and employing best practices for the full software development life cycle (including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations); 3 years professional experience working on Ads revenue and growth products with experience in balancing the needs of the business and the users on a mobile-first B2C business; 2 years of professional experience product managing and innovating on in-house built machine learning models on a large-scale consumer-facing product (B2C).
