This role sits within the CIO org’s Strategy & Transformation team, where you’ll work on programs that are critical to our internal scale. You'll have the opportunity to develop and integrate Enterprise IT 3P Apps as well as Generative AI 1P Apps that accelerate outcomes across business functions.

You’ll also work closely on integration platforms like Workato and Boomi to connect enterprise systems, automate processes, and ensure data flows efficiently across the business. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their product career who's eager to build impactful tools and learn fast in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders in Finance, GTM, Supply Chain, and Infrastructure to identify operational pain points and translate them into system requirements, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
  • Drive cross-functional execution for platform enhancements and new rollouts—including ERP, Procurement, CPQ, Billing, and CRM systems.
  • Lead initiatives that deliver 3rd-party Enterprise Apps and 1st-party Apps built on GenAI tools, aimed at automating processes, improving data visibility, and accelerating decision-making.
  • Own system integrations using platforms like Workato, Boomi, and others—ensuring seamless connections across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and financial workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to evaluate, implement, and scale systems like NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and internally built solutions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new systems and features, setting stakeholders up for success.
  • Work closely with engineering, infosec, and compliance to ensure scalable, secure, and audit-ready systems.
  • Monitor system usage, user feedback, and KPIs to guide continuous improvement and inform the product roadmap.

Investing in our people is one of our top priorities, and we value candidates who can bring their diversified experiences to our teams. Here are some qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. We'd love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and Interests and what you’re excited to work on next.

Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of experience in product management or technical program management, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Passion for systems thinking, process design, and building tools that solve real business problems.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CPQ, Procurement, Identity, Security, Collaboration, or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (iPaaS) like Workato, Boomi, or similar tools that help streamline enterprise workflows.
  • Exposure to or experience with Generative AI technologies and how they can be applied to automate operations and enhance decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you can work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bonus: hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Zip, Salesforce, or building AI-powered enterprise apps.
