About DuploCloud:
DuploCloud is a software platform that allows engineering teams to achieve their infrastructure automation, security and compliance goals by offering DevOps-as-a-Service. We strive to make DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code accessible for everyone; where application developers can focus on building applications rather than writing thousands of lines of code to automate well known operational workflows and compliance standards. DuploCloud is a venture backed company, Series-B funded by Mayfield Fund, WestBridge Capital and StepStone Group.
Senior Product Manager – Cloud Platform
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
About DuploCloud
DuploCloud is on a mission to make DevOps, infrastructure automation, and compliance accessible to every engineering team—without needing a dedicated DevOps engineer. Our DevOps-as-a-Service platform helps developers deploy secure, compliant infrastructure with minimal configuration, letting them focus on building applications instead of YAML and scripts. DuploCloud is a Series B company experiencing rapid growth across North America.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key areas of our cloud platform and drive deep alignment across engineering, customers, and go-to-market teams. This is a highly cross-functional role with broad ownership and visibility. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background—preferably in DevOps or cloud infrastructure—and is passionate about solving real-world problems for developers.
This position requires a high level of organization, strategic thinking, and empathy for technical users. You’ll work across multiple engineering teams spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP support, and be responsible for ensuring that features are delivered cohesively and reliably across the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product roadmap for major components of the DuploCloud platform, from concept to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with customers to deeply understand feature requests, pain points, and use cases.
- Coordinate across multiple engineering teams, managing dependencies, cross-team communication, and timelines.
- Translate complex DevOps workflows into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences.
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
- Present roadmaps and product updates to customers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Use data to continuously evaluate product performance and drive iterative improvement.
You’d Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
- Previously worked as a DevOps engineer, SRE, or cloud architect, or have equivalent hands-on experience with infrastructure.
- Have strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP—and can speak fluently about their differences and tradeoffs.
- Understand modern DevOps tooling and practices, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Excel at coordinating complex technical projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Are comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences—from customers to webinars.
- Are highly organized, self-driven, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
- Bonus points for experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer are a plus.
- Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner certifications are also a bonus but not required.
