About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Operations Excellence. The following role is posted in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) for the Operational Excellence Team. Operations Excellence Maintenance & Enhancements (M&E) Team, a dedicated team focused on supporting, sustaining, monitoring, and optimizing our automation portfolio in production. This team will provide centralized ownership of maintenance and enhancements, production support, demand intake, operational governance, monitoring, and reporting across all Operations Excellence automations, regardless of technology or delivery team. Our Mission The M&E Team exists to ensure our automation solutions remain stable, compliant, efficient, and continue delivering value long after implementation. By centralizing operational ownership, we can improve reliability, accelerate enhancements, strengthen governance, and maximize the business value of our automation investments.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services
  • Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
  • Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
  • Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor
  • Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
  • Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Product Management, Operations, Process Excellence, or Technology background.
  • Experience managing application production support and operational backlogs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Jira, ServiceNow, and operational governance.
  • Knowledge of automation solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath preferred)
  • Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
  • Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
  • Exceptional problem solving abilities
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
Job Expectations:
  • Portfolio Operations Leadership
  • Own RTB intake, prioritization, and backlog management.
  • Manage maintenance, enhancement, production support, and operational work demand.
  • Facilitate governance and prioritization forums with business stakeholders.
  • Partner with LOB sponsors and technology teams to align operational priorities.

  • Coordinate incident, problem, and service management activities.
  • Manage ServiceNow queues, SLA performance, and escalation processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts and corrective action planning.
  • Ensure operational risks are documented and mitigated.
  • Product Ownership
  • Maintain automation inventory and operational roadmap.
  • Prioritize enhancements based on risk, value, and business impact.
  • Coordinate release schedules and change management activities.
  • Drive adoption of operational standards and controls.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $140,000.00
