Senior Product Designer
Location: Remote (US) | Reports to: CTO
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design for a cross‑functional product team and shape the future of 15Five’s platform. You’ll define product direction with Product and Engineering partners, create intuitive and scalable experiences, and deliver high‑quality solutions to complex enterprise challenges. You’ll operate with autonomy, influence strategy, and contribute to a culture grounded in Best‑Self Management and continuous growth.

- Translate customer needs into clear flows, prototypes, and polished designs.
- Use and evolve our Design System, identifying when patterns need to be extended or improved.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to discover and solve customer problems.
- Plan and run user research, synthesize insights, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Communicate design decisions clearly across teams and give constructive feedback to peers.
- Ensure visual and interaction quality across your product area and raise quality concerns proactively.
- Contribute to improving design processes, tools, and team rituals.
- Help foster an inclusive, collaborative design culture and champion design thinking across 15Five.
- 5+ years of product design experience, including B2B SaaS and complex UX work.
- Experience designing for web apps and integrated workflows (e.g., Slack, Teams).
- Familiarity with AI‑driven experiences and data‑integrated design.
- Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy).
- Proficiency in user research planning, facilitation, and synthesis.
- Clear communication skills in both collaborative and critique settings.
- Comfort sharing work early, seeking feedback, and iterating quickly.
- Experience with data visualization is a plus.
- Open to vulnerability, self‑reflection, and candid feedback.
