Job Summary:

The Senior Product Designer the creation of sophisticated, UI‑forward interfaces across web and mobile applications, translating complex user and business needs into intuitive, high‑quality designs. Drives end‑to‑end UI design from discovery through delivery to ensure ease of use, task efficiency, and measurable customer value.

What you will do:    

  • Lead UI‑heavy experience design for key features across web and mobile, from early concept through final specifications.

  • Conduct and synthesize evaluations of user interactions (ease of use, utility, perceived value, task efficiency).

  • Translate complex user needs and business requirements into advanced UI patterns, flows, and feature concepts.

  • Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes to communicate design strategy and intent.

  • Partner with product, engineering, and research to align on scope, constraints, and delivery plans.

  • Collaborate with research partners on planning and running usability tests and applying insights to improve designs.

  • Ensure UI solutions follow the design system and elevate overall visual and interaction quality.

  • Mentor junior designers through feedback, pairing, and craft guidance.

What you will bring:  

  • Proven experience designing UI‑heavy digital products for web and/or mobile with shipped outcomes.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, high‑fidelity UI craft, and systems thinking.

  • Expertise with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) for wireframing, prototyping, and production‑ready handoff.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead workstreams and influence cross‑functional partners.

  • Experience applying usability test insights to improve designs.

  • Experience mentoring or guiding other designers and improving team quality through critique and standards.  

Contribution to Strategy and Vision

  • Supports long‑term (5‑year+) roadmap development by defining scalable UI patterns and high‑quality interfaces that shape future product experiences.

  • Contributes to short‑term (1–2‑year) operational strategy through clear design planning, prototype validation, and alignment with cross‑functional delivery teams. 

  • Executes strategy by delivering high‑quality, scalable UI solutions that reduce friction, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Performs tactical work by specifying patterns, components, workflows, and standards aligned with organizational product strategy.

  • Improves business outcomes by reducing customer effort, increasing adoption and retention, and lowering support needs.

  • Strengthens ROI by reducing rework, accelerating delivery, and applying repeatable UI patterns that lower build costs and time to market.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$117,673.33 - $164,675.00
