  • Partner with the PBP team to support and execute global and regional HR programs, including talent calibration, performance management, compensation planning, and engagement surveys.
  • Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights to business leaders to inform decisions around retention, compensation and team health.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver seamless people experiences.
  • Help drive a strong, inclusive culture that reflects company values and promotes employee engagement and well-being.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters thoughtfully, ensuring fair outcomes aligned with local employment laws and company policies.
  • Play a key role in supporting organizational change or restructuring efforts, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, preferably in a technology or high-growth global organization.
  • Experience supporting Director-level and below leadership populations across multiple business functions.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and Latin America employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
