Your new role: Senior Partner Marketing Manager – US

Location: Remote US
Potential Earnings: $120.000 to $150.000 on target earnings

As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at NiCE Cognigy, your focus will be on strategic, collaborative go-to-market initiatives with technology partners, strategic alliances, resellers, and referral partners to expand the reach and impact of our AI Agents in the enterprise market.

This role centers on building deep partner relationships and co-creating programs that expand joint reach, elevate brand visibility, and generate shared demand. You’ll drive co-branded marketing campaigns, joint content, partner events, and integrated GTM motions that fuel pipeline growth across the ecosystem.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, navigates complex partner landscapes with ease, and brings a creative, strategic mindset to every joint initiative. This person is a proactive, detail-oriented builder who enjoys crafting programs from the ground up and turning partnership potential into measurable outcomes.

Note: This is NOT an affiliate partner marketing role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with strategic, tech, reseller and referral partners to develop and execute joint GTM plans that expand market reach, drive shared lead generation and deepen relationships for future success.
  • Shape and run co-marketing initiatives that reflect each partner’s business objectives, building end-to-end marketing plans and ensuring tight alignment across teams.
  • Lead co-branded campaigns — including webinars, virtual and in-person events, and digital demand programs — in collaboration with partners.
  • Manage partner event strategy and execution: sponsorships, booth planning, agenda development, staffing, logistics, and onsite coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create joint content such as case studies, blogs, solution briefs, and white papers that highlight combined value propositions.
  • Maintain a consistent communication cadence for product updates, marketing activities, and time-sensitive joint initiatives.
  • Conduct post-event and post-campaign analyses, delivering ROI reporting and recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.

At Cognigy we are committed to your professional growth. This role offers significant opportunities for career development, including access to ongoing training, and involvement in high-impact projects allowing you to showcase and advance your unique skills and experience.

Requirements

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, field marketing or related roles, within a SaaS or technology company

  • Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong event planning and management skills, with experience coordinating tradeshows, webinars, and other partner events
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
