About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior .NET Developer within Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). You will leverage your hands-on engineering experience to support the team's efforts in the design, development, implementation, and adoption of products and delivery of applications and project initiatives.
In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of experience with software engineering leadership
• 4+ years of experience with .NET Core design and development
• 4+ years of experience with C# .NET
• 4+ years of experience with SQL Server
• 4+ years of experience with Unit testing with xUnit, bUnit, Fluent Assertions, Moq
• 2+ years of experience with Blazor
• 2+ years of experience with Agile Scrum
• 1+ years of experience with GitHub CoPilot

Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• 4+ years of experience with RESTful APIs
• 4+ years of experience with IIS configuration
• 4+ years of experience with Telerik
• 1+ year of experience with ThemeBuilder by Progress
• Experience working in banking domain
• Experience with Agentic AI
• Experience with OpenShift
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and workload balancing skills
