Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Data Management Analyst to support governance initiatives within the Finance Data Domain. This role involves implementing Data Management Policies and Procedures through business governance oversight and the data control framework.
The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of data governance principles and experience in Finance environments, particularly with finance-related applications, data lineage, and data controls.

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Operational Risk and Data Governance Experience in Large Financial Institution or BIG 4
- Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to anticipate risks and opportunities and turn findings into tactical and strategic imperatives.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to diverse audiences while maintaining composure.
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Familiarity with Wells Fargo internal applications and risk platforms is helpful.
- Business System Support experience
- Advanced Excel skills required include proficiency with nested formulas, data tables and pivot tables.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, Microsoft word, OneNote skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Demonstrated experience in a Finance organization or Finance business support.
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
