Senior Marketing Specialist, Funds
Global Marketing
Location: Wilmington, Delaware or London, UK (Hybrid - three days in office per week)
Hours: US - 8:30am-5:30pm, UK - 9:00am-5:30pm
CSC is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to support the marketing efforts for our fund services business, which provides global middle and back-office solutions for alternative asset managers. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and revenue growth by positioning CSC as the trusted partner for private capital and hedge fund managers. This position will work in close partnership with our Capital Markets team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the alternative investment ecosystem, including private equity, real estate, private debt, and hedge funds. They will bring a strong track record of executing integrated marketing strategies in a global B2B environment. This is a highly visible role requiring collaboration with business, sales, product, and global marketing partners.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the growth objectives of CSC's fund services business across EMEA, U.S., and APAC.
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates CSC's offerings-including fund administration, loan administration, shadow accounting, and middle-office services.
  • Implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, content marketing, and PR to build brand equity and generate leads.
  • Manage and monitor KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for optimal ROI.

Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with regional business leaders and the sales organization to translate market needs, regulatory trends, and buyer personas into effective marketing programs.
  • Serve as a project lead for key marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution across global teams.
  • Support sales enablement by developing targeted materials-case studies, insight reports, presentations, and digital assets-that help drive client engagement.

Market Insight & Brand Stewardship
  • Conduct and apply market and competitor intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies and campaign messaging.
  • Ensure consistent application of CSC's brand standards across all internal and external communications.
  • Strengthen CSC's presence in the alternative asset space by cultivating relationships with key industry associations and partners.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in funds/financial services, with a strong focus on product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Proven success developing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and business growth in a global context.
  • Understanding of the alternative asset management landscape, including fund strategies and structures, is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executive stakeholders and craft persuasive content.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of owning initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Adept at using analytics tools and KPIs to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated cross-channel marketing strategies, seamlessly blending digital, traditional, and emerging media to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
