You will also work alongside fellow analysts in a collaborative environment that fosters continuous learning and contributes to the overall success of the team.
You'll Get To:

• Track and measure the conversion rates from MQA/MQP to sales-accepted opportunities and, ultimately, to bookings.
Dashboard Development and Data Transformation:
• Utilize Google BigQuery and advanced SQL to transform and model raw data from various marketing platforms into clean, useable datasets for analysis.
• Design, build, and maintain robust dashboards in Tableau to provide Marketing leaders with clear visibility into funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contribution.
• Translate complex data findings into visually compelling stories that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.
Campaign Performance Analysis:
• Develop and manage custom reports to track the performance of specific marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Monitor key campaign KPIs, including registration trends, lead progression, pipeline influence, and conversion rates, providing regular updates to campaign managers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define success metrics and reporting frameworks for new campaigns and initiatives.
Collaboration and Strategy:
• Work closely with Marketing leaders to understand their goals and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize funnel performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and GTM Operations, to ensure alignment and a holistic understanding of the customer journey.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform marketing strategy and investment decisions.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on marketing funnel analysis, lead management, and conversion rate optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, specifically with experience in Google BigQuery, for complex data transformation, extraction, and modeling.
• Strong expertise in building insightful and user-friendly dashboards with Tableau or a similar data visualization tool.
• Deep understanding of top-of-funnel marketing KPIs (MQA, MQP, lead-to-opportunity conversion, etc.) and demand generation principles.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing teams.
• Experience in a B2B or subscription-based business model.
We're Even More Excited If You Have:
  • Experience with marketing and sales platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible/6sense, or Dreamdata is also a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience applying machine learning (ML) techniques in a business context, particularly for tasks like lead scoring, timeseries forecasting, or marketing mix modeling.
