What You’ll Do:

The Global Field Marketing Organization drives market penetration, customer engagement, and pipeline generation across key U.S. and EMEA regions. The team works cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, events, brand, and demand to execute high-impact programs tailored to business priorities, industry dynamics, and strategic accounts.

About the role:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, Executive Programs, you will be a core operator in CoreWeave’s executive engagement engine. You’ll lead the day-to-day design and execution of global executive programs that drive VP and C‑Suite engagement within priority AI-native and enterprise accounts. You’ll define programming, content, target audiences, and measurement strategy across hospitality, executive tracks at flagship events, customer meetings, and Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) — working in close partnership with Sales, Events Marketing, Product Marketing, and the C‑suite.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, executive programs, strategic events, field marketing, or ABM at a high-growth technology or enterprise company.
  • Strong program operator who can own end-to-end execution for complex, multi-day executive programs (from concept and agenda design through invites, logistics partnership, onsite execution, and follow-up).
  • Executive-audience savvy: Comfortable engaging with VP and C‑Suite stakeholders and understanding how executive programs influence pipeline, deal velocity, and strategic relationships.
  • Content-aware marketer: Able to collaborate with product, brand, and execs to shape compelling narratives and discussion topics for executive audiences.
  • Customer- and account-centric: Skilled at defining “who should be in the room,” building nomination criteria, and partnering with Sales to align on account and contact priority.
  • Data-informed: Familiar with setting basic KPIs for programs and using data (coverage, attendance, meetings, pipeline, references) to evaluate and improve them.
  • Cross-functional collaborator: Comfortable working across Events Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand/Comms, and the C‑suite in a fast-moving environment.
  • AI-curious: Interested in AI infrastructure and motivated to learn how AI-native and enterprise customers build and scale AI workloads on CoreWeave.

If you’re excited to build and run programs that put CoreWeave’s executives in front of the most important AI leaders and decision makers in the world—and to translate those experiences into real business impact—this role is for you.
