What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Front End Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving CoreWeave’s web experiences across Webflow, WordPress, and other CMS platforms. This role will focus on translating design systems and marketing requirements into high-quality, performant, and scalable front-end implementations.
About the role:
The Front End Web Developer will work closely with Design, Product Marketing, Campaign Management, and Web Strategy to support page builds, component development, CMS templates, and campaign launches. This role plays a critical part in ensuring design consistency, usability, accessibility, and page performance across the CoreWeave digital ecosystem.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end web development, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment
- Strong, hands-on experience with Webflow, WordPress, and/or other CMS platforms (including templates, components, and publishing workflows)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an emphasis on clean, maintainable front-end code
- Proven experience implementing UI/UX designs from Figma, including working with and extending design systems
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to accelerate front-end development, testing, and optimization (e.g., code generation, refactoring, schema creation, performance analysis).
- Experience implementing or supporting technical SEO schema (e.g., blog, article, event, FAQ, product schema) in collaboration with SEO and content teams
- Strong understanding of page performance and Core Web Vitals, with experience optimizing load times, image delivery, and front-end behavior
- Strong eye for detail and ability to translate visual designs into polished, production-ready web experiences
- Comfortable managing multiple page builds and launches simultaneously
- Experience collaborating closely with designers to implement and evolve shared design systems
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing or experimentation tools (e.g., Webflow Optimize, Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar)
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, landing pages, and gated content experiences
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and how front-end decisions impact discoverability
- Familiarity with analytics and QA workflows (GA4, Tag Manager)
- Exposure to B2B marketing, enterprise SaaS, or technical product environments

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
