We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Product Management oversees the execution of our core access management product, Enterprise Access Management (EAM) and manages a team of 2-3 Product Managers plus some hands-on responsibilities. This position requires proven technical expertise, direct product leadership, and effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product development and measurable business outcomes. The Sr. Manager also serves as the primary liaison for Imprivata's core access management product module.

This position offers a total compensation range of $225,000.00 to $230,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from strategic planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Advocate customer needs by shaping the product vision, defining business cases, and prioritizing features and requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable enterprise software solutions.
- Communicate product strategy effectively to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
- Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, aligning their efforts with company priorities and fostering growth.
- Evaluate and pursue new product opportunities and partnerships to drive ROI and business growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure timely product releases.
- Track and report success metrics, provide roadmap updates, and act as a product evangelist internally and externally.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in identity access management, with 2+ years' experience managing a team of product managers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of security concepts specific to Linux-based servers and operating systems, including access control, authentication mechanisms, and secure configuration guidelines.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time for customer site visits and trade shows.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing a product platform, Healthcare IT products, or other related field.
- Expertise in deploying applications and VMs across cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCE.
- Deep knowledge of Linux-based systems, including platform administration, troubleshooting, and identity management (IdP technologies).
- Hands-on experience with database technologies and virtualization platforms such as ESXi, HyperV, and OpenShift/KVM.
- Skilled in architecting and maintaining resilient enterprise solutions, including advanced Disaster Recovery strategies.
