Job Summary:
The team of product managers is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineers, analysts, and internal stakeholders to ensure the satisfactory goals are met. The product manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goal. The role be vital to the team bringing innovative solutions that enables critical decision-making and operational efficiencies to the company.
Job Responsibilities:

Partner with business to define the product vision and strategy. Understand internal technical capabilities

Identify product with prioritized features and corresponding justification
-
Ability to understand R&D stakeholders’ needs, translate into detailed requirements and executable tasks and create buy-in for the product vision both internally in DSDI and with key stakeholders

Work closely with engineering teams, strategy and portfolio manager to deliver quick prototype, release plans (including versions with specific feature/functionality based on value to the business considering time-to-deliver) and optimal resources

Identify product definition compared to industry landscape and perform build versus buy analysis

Assess changes in business needs and adapt product direction and/or identify risks and associated mitigation strategies

Act as a leader within the company

Developing Intuitive visualization, Dashboards, KPI scorecards, Charts, Graphs using Business Intelligence tools

Building advanced User interface (UI)\User Experience (UX) for software solutions

Gain understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth. Ability to either build or provide direction/guidance on utilizing predictive analytics tools to provide actionable insights to create operational efficiency and other key performance metrics (KPIs).

Strong understanding of clinical and operational data extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, AWS or AZURE cloud technologies.

Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to build dynamic data engineering solutions

Work with Communication and Development manager on product launches including branding, education and demos
Qualifications:

A strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry, and sense of business in relevant function with 7+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree required. (Life sciences or healthcare discipline preferred).

With good strategic thinking and planning skill to setting the product’s goals and key initiatives

Salary Range: $141,600.00 - $186,600.00 annually

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
