The Bestow Product organization is responsible for defining, designing, and delivering exceptional digital experiences that solve real problems. Our team collaborates across Engineering, Revenue and Ops teams to transform ideas into intuitive, valuable solutions that delight our users. We believe in evidence-based decision making and maintaining a relentless focus on customer outcomes to drive product excellence.

This role reports to our Head of Platform and is open to Remote (US)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Bestow is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Identity Access Management (IAM) initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of secure authentication, authorization, and identity management solutions across Bestow's platform.

  • Lead the development of a unified portal leveraging role-based access control, balancing security requirements with superior user experience

  • Design and implement intuitive user interfaces and workflows that simplify access management while maintaining security integrity

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for Bestow's identity and access management solutions across the entire IAM area

  • Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of authentication, single sign-on, authorization, and user management capabilities

  • Collaborate with security, engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to align IAM solutions with company objectives and regulatory requirements

  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the backlog for IAM initiatives

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to create intuitive authentication and identity verification flows that enhance user experience

  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in authentication and access management processes

  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements related to digital identity and access management

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on identity, security, or related products

  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices (authentication protocols, SSO, MFA, RBAC, etc.)

  • Experience designing and implementing role-based access control systems

  • Demonstrated success in building products with exceptional user experience while maintaining security requirements

  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and UI/UX design principles for complex systems

  • Experience with security and compliance requirements in regulated industries (financial services experience preferred)

  • Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously across an entire product area

  • Experience with user research and data analysis to inform product decisions

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders

  • Proven track record of delivering successful products with measurable business impact
