We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, manage a dynamic team, engage with stakeholders, and oversee program management to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow solutions.

You will make an impact by...

  • Provide strategic guidance while managing experienced IT professionals and overseeing assigned IT operational team(s) within your function.

  • Plan and direct project activities with the accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables to the business within established financial, schedule, scope, and quality objectives. Identify risk, develop mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, critical path, resolve issues, action item follow up, etc. in collaboration with project managers

  • Manage defined set of business applications or technologies to ensure performance according to business needs and IT standards, upgrades, performance, functionality enhancements, security, validation and general maintenance.

  • Create bridge-building solutions that improve client relationships

  • Identify opportunities and lead the implementation of changes to drive improvements including customer satisfaction with project execution and operational support

  • Assess new technologies and methods to meet customer needs

  • Develop ROI based business cases for enhancements and small projects in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field plus related work experience

  • Master's Degree in related field plus related work experience

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

  • Expert understanding of IT procedures while addressing issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines

  • Expert understanding of related aspects of IT processes and/or equipment while ensuring processes and/or equipment are optimal across areas of responsibility

  • Demonstrated ability to manage assigned IT team and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations

  • Ability to manage, including through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing

  • Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of IT to the business

  • Strict attention to detail

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

  • Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment

  • Ability to advise to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems

  • Ability to provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $136,000 to $192,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
