Apollo.io is seeking a sharp, strategic, and analytical Senior Manager to join our Finance & Strategy (F&S) team, focused on supporting our Product function. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive real impact by helping shape product strategy through a financial lens and ensuring alignment with Apollo’s broader business objectives. You'll be a key thought partner to Product, Engineering, and Design leadership, leveraging financial and operational insights to guide decision-making in a high-growth, product-led SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary Finance & Strategy business partner to the Product organization
  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes related to R&D, ensuring alignment with Apollo’s strategic priorities.
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights through recurring reporting on KPIs, performance metrics, and variance analyses.
  • Analyze and assess investment opportunities, tradeoffs, and prioritization across the product roadmap.
  • Partner with product leaders to evaluate new initiatives and optimize resource allocation across teams.
  • Synthesize key takeaways for executive leadership, including risks, opportunities, and performance updates.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance on board and investor materials, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6-7+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with at least 2+ years in a finance role at a high-growth company.
  • A sharp problem solver who can cut through ambiguity and connect dots between data, strategy, and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of comfort building bespoke financial models and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of finance fundamentals and experience applying them in a product environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, product-led growth (PLG) companies, and fluency in SQL and Looker.
