As a Senior Manager Finance for Overall P&L here at Honeywell, you will be in a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the entire Profit and Loss (P&L) portfolio. You will lead strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive business growth and profitability. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial outcomes and support key business decisions.

You will report directly to our Senior Director Data and Analytics, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall financial health and strategic direction of the business by ensuring accurate financial management and driving initiatives that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Lead and oversee the financial management of the entire P&L, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue, control costs, and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the business.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in Finance RTR with responsibility for P&L management.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • SAP S4 HANA – Finance RTR, FICO, COPA project implementation expertise, Financial and Management Reporting – product Costing, Margin Analysis from manufacturing background.
