Senior Manager, Field Marketing (Contract)

As we scale our go-to-market engine we are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to help drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration through high-impact field programs, events, and ABM campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute account‑based field marketing programs for our top target accounts, driving pipeline and creating a revenue impact. Programs will include regional roadshows w/ technical workshop components, industry conferences, executive briefings, customer dinners, and partner activations.
- Track event ROI, lead flow, and attribution in partnership with Marketing Ops; translate insights into program optimizations.
- Support sales and marketing teams with collateral, materials, and pre/post-event follow-up coordination that converts engagement into opportunities.
- Work with event coordinator to manage logistics, planning, and execution for in-person and virtual events — from venue selection and vendor coordination to onsite support, to customized follow up that drives opportunities to revenue.
- Be the bridge to ensure targeted audience lists are built in collaboration with sales and marketing ops, leveraging Hubspot, Clay, and external data sources.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for field programs.
- Continuously experiment and iterate; pilot new event formats, test fresh ideas, and apply learnings to elevate program performance
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company (AI, data, or infrastructure / developer marketing experience required).
- Proven track record planning and executing integrated field marketing programs that drive pipeline and sales engagement.
- Experience with partner and co-marketing programs.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Clay preferred).
- Experience creating targeted segmentation lists and working closely with AEs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with remote cross-functional teams and directly with executive, sales, and customer teams.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable being hands-on while also thinking strategically about program design and scale.
