  • Optimize budget performance: Manage program budgets analytically, ensuring efficient spend allocation, accurate financial reconciliation, and maximum return on marketing investment

What we look for:

  • Partner marketing expertise: Understanding of partner ecosystems (cloud, ISV, SI) with experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline impact
  • Analytical foundation: 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making in partner or field marketing environments
  • Operational excellence: Proven track record of building scalable marketing programs and processes from the ground up, with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Cross-functional leadership: Experience successfully collaborating across global and regional teams, sales organizations, and external partners with excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Program building capabilities: Demonstrated ability to create systematic, repeatable marketing programs that can scale across multiple partners and markets while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Financial acumen: Strong budget management experience with proven ability to optimize marketing spend, track ROI, and deliver programs within financial parameters

Why this role matters:
