We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing function within a growing B2B SaaS marketing organization. This role oversees two direct reports and is accountable for the strategy, execution, and performance of our digital marketing programs, including paid media, paid search, web, SEO, and analytics.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned digital marketer who is equally comfortable in data and strategy, and who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing and brand-building in a complex, solutions-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Define, own, and evolve the digital marketing strategy across paid and owned channels, aligning investments and execution with pipeline growth, revenue targets, and long-term business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Demand Generation, Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to deliver an integrated, data-driven digital experience that maximizes brand impact, engagement, and pipeline performance across all channels.

Paid Media & Paid Search

  • Lead the strategy, investment, and performance of multi-channel paid media programs, optimizing channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign execution to maximize pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic oversight of end-to-end paid media execution, establishing audience targeting frameworks, guiding creative strategy, directing bidding and optimization approaches, and driving continuous performance improvements through data-driven decision-making.
  • Own business outcomes of pipeline contribution and other key metrics from paid channels.

Analytics, Web & SEO

  • Define and lead SEO strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content-driven partnering closely with Content Marketing and Product Marketing to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, and pipeline contribution.
  • Own the digital experience strategy for the corporate website, driving governance and continuous optimization to improve user experience, conversion rates, and business performance.
  • Champion a data-first culture: establish dashboards, define attribution models, and translate insights into strategic recommendations that inform investment and growth decisions.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop a team of two direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture through clear expectations, regular feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by aligning stakeholders, encouraging open communication, and driving accountability across teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience with progressive responsibility, including senior-level roles or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success leading digital marketing functions with deep expertise across SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic display, content syndication, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Strategic, data-driven leader with a demonstrated ability to develop digital marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth, revenue, and return on marketing investment.
  • Demonstrated track record of building, scaling, and optimizing performance marketing programs that deliver sustained, multi-year growth against aggressive business objectives.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience establishing measurement frameworks, attribution models, and executive reporting using web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms; proficiency with Salesforce and leading marketing technology ecosystems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience within financial services, FinTech, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
