·      Develop and execute an exciting community strategy designed to drive brand reputation

·      Build, monitor, and grow the online community (Discord, Twitter, Telegram)

·      Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies

·      Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts

·      Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

·      Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

·      Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and BizDev teams to ensure brand consistency

·      Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features

·      Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists/bloggers

·      Stay up to date with digital technology trends

 

·      3+ years in community roles experience

·      Experience in crypto services and/or tech companies, giving you the ability to get people excited about and simplify

complex narratives

·      Strong team player, that is autonomous and has a bias to action
