About AirOps

AirOps is the first end-to-end content engineering platform built for the AI era. In a world where discovery is shifting from traditional search to AI-driven platforms, we help brands get found—and stay found. We are currently in a phase of hyper-growth, having 5x’d our revenue in the last year by helping marketing teams at Ramp, Chime, Carta, and Rippling turn content quality into a durable competitive advantage.

Our platform equips marketers to navigate the new discovery landscape, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and create accurate, on-brand content that earns citations from AI and trust from humans. Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we are building the intelligent systems that will empower the next generation of marketing leaders. AirOps is headquartered in San Francisco, New York and Montevideo.

The Opportunity

In 2025, AirOps proved that Content Engineering education accelerates deals and drives platform adoption. In 2026, we are going all-in on that motion—building AirOps University and tiered Content Engineering tracks that serve practitioners from first-time users to senior marketing leaders. Community enablement is central to how we cement Content Engineering as the defining role in B2B marketing.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Community Enablement to own the programs that make this happen. You will lead the team running live training for cohorts of 50-200+ participants, own curriculum development and operational rigor, and drive the community growth strategy that turns AirOps users into skilled, confident Content Engineers. You will manage direct reports and partner closely with post-sale, product, and marketing.

The ideal candidate brings strong people management skills, genuine technical fluency in AI tools and workflows, and a background in education or community rather than pure SEO or growth.

Location: NYC or SF preferred for in-person hosting; otherwise US remote.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development

  • Own end-to-end curriculum design for AirOps University, keeping content platform-specific and current as the product evolves

  • Build learning frameworks that serve practitioners from first-time users to advanced Content Engineers to marketing executives

  • Continuously iterate based on learner feedback, product updates, and community insights

Team Leadership & Training Operations

  • Set the standard for operational rigor across the function, making and facilitating informed data-driven decision

  • Manage and develop direct reports who facilitate live training sessions for 10-200 participants

  • Partner with post-sale on enterprise training handoffs and ensure a consistent learner experience across segments

Community Growth & Cohort Management

  • Own the strategy and execution for community expansion and cohort-based programming, including tiered Content Engineering tracks for entry-level, advanced, and CMO audiences

  • Drive engagement, activation and retention across the AirOps practitioner community

  • Build and manage systems for onboarding new cohorts and progressing members through the learning journey

  • Lead in-person and virtual community events, leveraging hubs in NYC and SF

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and post-sale to align community programs with business priorities

  • Serve as an internal voice of the community, surfacing practitioner insights that inform product and GTM decisions

  • Contribute to headcount planning, program prioritization, and long-term enablement strategy

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of experience of community education

  • Built education programs at modern, technical product companies (e.g. Zapier, Langchain, etc.), NOT generic enterprise/community education.

  • Strong operational instincts and ability to build systems and accountability structures from scratch

  • Experience managing live training or cohort programs at scale

  • Proven people management experience with a track record of developing and retaining direct reports

Preferred

  • Experience in an AI/ML, developer tools, or marketing technology environment

  • Experience in Content Marketing and/or SEO

  • Technical fluency in AI tools, MCPs, and developer-adjacent workflows such as cloud code

Our Guiding Principles
  1. Extreme Ownership

  2. Quality

  3. Curiosity and Play

  4. Make Our Customers Heroes

  5. Respectful Candor

Benefits
  • Equity in a fast-growing startup

  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location

  • Flexible time off policy

  • Parental Leave

  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
