In this role, you will:
- Lead large portfolio of complex problem loans in initiatives and deliverables within the Loan Workout functional area
- Contribute to large scale planning related to strategy, technology and efficiencies deliverables
- Ensure loans are structured and priced consistently with Bank policy and commensurate with risk
- Review and research complex problem loan challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Strategize and implement account development on complex problem loans
- Negotiate creative structures to meet needs of customers and bank while minimizing risk exposure
- Resolve complex issues and lead Loan Workout team to meet functional area projects, processes and deliverables
- Leverage solid understanding of the functions, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Work with in house and outside Counsel during litigation Lead team projects and mentor less experienced staff
- 4+ years of Loan Workout, Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Commercial relationship management experience
- Knowledge of commercial loan documentation
- Financial analysis skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Developed professional verbal and written communications skills
- Exposure to Wells Fargo AFS (Automated Financial Systems)
- Exposure to Wells Fargo eCaR (Enterprise Collections and Recovery) system
- Exposure to Wells Fargo BLAST (Business Lending and Sales Tracking) system
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
