As a senior consultant at H&H, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping both project outcomes and team development. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio, the support of a collaborative leadership team, and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the firm.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead high-profile environmental assessment and remediation projects

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, and stakeholders

  • Develop and manage client relationships, proposals, and project strategy

  • Provide technical oversight and review of reports and deliverables

  • Mentor and train junior and mid-level staff—developing future firm leaders

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development

What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of environmental consulting experience

  • Deep technical knowledge of site assessment, remediation, and risk-based cleanup

  • Expertise in regulatory programs in North and South Carolina, including NC Brownfields

  • Strong client management, communication, and business development skills

  • Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff

  • A collaborative, forward-thinking approach and commitment to quality
