About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Relationship Manager within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) to support Commercial Banking clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industries. This role serves as a strategic advisor to large corporate clients, delivering Commercial Card solutions that optimize working capital, increase payment efficiency, and support business growth. The Senior Lead Treasury Management Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of complex relationships, deepen client engagement, drive revenue growth, and partner across Sales, Product, and Treasury Management teams to deliver innovative payment solutions.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to treasury, finance, procurement, and accounts payable executives on Commercial Card and payment strategies.
  • Develop and execute relationship plans that drive client retention, revenue growth, wallet share expansion and increased Commercial Card adoption.
  • Lead strategic client discussions focused on working capital optimization, payment modernization, spend management, and supplier payment solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Purchasing Card, Travel & Expense Card, Virtual Card, and other Commercial Card solutions across client organizations.
  • Partner with Treasury Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver integrated treasury and payment solutions.
  • Lead complex client reviews, industry discussions, and executive presentations while providing strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influence key business decisions and provide subject matter expertise on Commercial Card trends, market dynamics, and emerging payment technologies.
  • Mentor team members and serve as a resource on Commercial Card and payment-related strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Card, Payments, Relationship Management, Commercial Banking, or Corporate Treasury
  • Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Card solutions, including Purchasing Card, Travel & Expense Card, Virtual Card, and supplier payment strategies
  • Experience managing and growing complex client relationships within Commercial Banking or large corporate environments
  • Proven ability to advise senior executives, including Treasurers, CFOs, Controllers, Procurement Leaders, and Accounts Payable executives
  • Strong business development and consultative relationship management experience with a track record of driving revenue growth and client retention
  • Knowledge of working capital optimization, payment automation, digital payments, and commercial payment technologies
  • Understanding of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry and the payment challenges facing rapidly growing organizations
  • Experience leading complex negotiations, executive presentations, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
Job Expectations:
  • This position will require up to 25% of travel
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
