Senior Lead Product Manager

In this role, you will:

• Lead strategic direction and execution of the expansion of the alternative investments platform and increasing the volume of services agreements to support recruiting efforts
• Provide oversight of agreements with external parties inclusive of leading negotiations from a business perspective with external investment managers
• Serve as an escalation point for business decisions related to manager agreements, product onboarding, platform maintenance and day-to-day platform management
• Lead product launches / closures and oversee product onboarding for other product managers
• This role is senior to other product manager positions and will serve as a SME on alternative investment product, process and strategy
• Work closely with internal and external partners to deliver on stated team goals including platform expansion

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• A BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
• In-depth knowledge of alternative investments including private equity, private debt, private real estate and hedge funds
• Ability to assess risks in agreements with 3rd parties and appropriately manage risks through consultation with legal personnel and other internal parties Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
• Ability to manage complex business processes associated with projects
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of advertising: branding, merchandising, and collateral development
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience developing and implementing project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
• Ability to negotiate agreements or contracts
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations including charts and graphs for investment clients
