In this role, you will:
- Oversee Core HCM feature delivery, enhancements, and roadmap execution.
- Prioritize intake and system-change requests using business value, compliance, and operational impact while also planning the work to the available capacity.
- Support regulatory and compliance-related updates across global operations.
- Deliver Workday changes and enhancements with measurable impact.
- Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize the backlog, and set measurable goals to guide teams in designing, developing, and delivering enhancements across Core HR, including flexible work arrangement processes and automated email workflows.
- Indirectly lead a scrum team and collaborate with offshore teams.
- Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum teams, project managers, and delivery partners across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and enterprise leaders on product strategy, adoption, and operational optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Workday HR product management experience leading a product team in a global environment with multiple integrations
- Experience consulting, implementing, and owning Human Resource products and tools
- Experience leading scrum teams in an Agile environment and strong Agile knowledge
- Experience presenting product vision, roadmap, and technical solutions to executives
- Experience influencing and managing cross-functional work streams to execute initiatives with quality and on-time
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes
- Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors
Job Expectations:
- Hybrid work schedule based on posted location.

- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
