About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to lead strategic execution and product enablement across the Payment Initiation & International Platforms team within Global Payments & Liquidity. This role supports the Payment Initiation & International Platforms team which is focused on expanding core payments products, and modernizing payments platforms and architecture to build robust payment ecosystems.
This role provides a centralized operating function that drives delivery governance, execution discipline, and transparent leadership reporting. The Senior Lead Product Manager ensures the team operates with a consistent cadence, integrated plans, and clear escalation and decisioning pathways, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver against milestones with defined ownership and predictable execution. Partnering closely across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Delivery, the role consolidates insights, manages core governance artifacts, and orchestrates routines that surface risks early, enable timely decisions, and maintain readiness for releases and major deployment events.

$139,000.00 - $239,000.00

In this role, you will:
- Support end-to-end delivery by coordinating planning, prioritization, sequencing, dependency management, and execution tracking across teams.
- Monitor overall program health and delivery readiness, identifying cross-workstream risks, bottlenecks, and constraints and partnering with stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
- Provide clear, executive-ready communications on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, translating complex execution dynamics into concise, actionable insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and external partners to enable consistent, end-to-end delivery and shared accountability.
- Track and manage program-level dependencies, risks, and changes, ensuring appropriate escalation, documentation, and decisioning through established governance routines.
- Drive continuous improvement of program delivery practices, identifying opportunities to strengthen planning, governance, reporting, and ways of working to improve execution predictability.
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint development and executive-ready storytelling.
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs from diverse stakeholders into clear actions and recommendations, with strong organizational influence skills with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting payments transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or migration programs.
- Customer-centric, outcome-focused mindset with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and meet delivery commitments.

- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the posted location's office approximately 3 days a week
