In this role, you will:
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to develop and influence digital product strategies, initiatives, and long-term roadmaps for complex business and technical needs
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges requiring cross-functional and enterprise-wide alignment
- Deliver large-scale, forward-looking solutions that require innovation, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking
- Drive execution of complex initiatives by coordinating activities and providing guidance across teams
- Provide vision, direction, and subject matter expertise to senior leadership on digital transformation initiatives
- Partner effectively with Product Owners, XD, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions
- Lead experimentation and personalization strategies leveraging tools such as Adobe Target to enable data-driven decision-making and optimize customer experiences
- Define and scale A/B and multivariate testing capabilities, including governance, frameworks, and performance measurement
- Drive integration between AEM, Adobe Target, and other marketing technologies to accelerate speed-to-market and experimentation at scale
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert in digital product management and strategy
- Own end-to-end digital capabilities, ensuring continuous evolution to improve customer experience, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Establish and drive capability roadmaps that enable sustainable growth in personalization, experimentation, and content delivery
- Lead efforts to operationalize digital capabilities, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across systems, workflows, and teams to accelerate time-to-market and improve delivery outcomes
- Define success metrics and continuously monitor performance to inform enhancements and maximize business value
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
