About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Product Line leadership team. The ECM team is part of the Strategic Services & Advanced Technology (SSAT) group within the Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) organization and provides enterprise class Document Generation, Classification, Data Extraction, Storage, & Records Retention solutions to all Lines of Business within Wells Fargo.
In this role, you will:
  • Execute and Oversee Annual Planning spanning of ECM support for 150+ LOB owned business cases
  • Oversee and Orchestrate intake and disposition of 2000+ LOB submitted intakes per year
  • Organize and Orchestrate quarterly prioritization and planning with Line of Business liaisons and accountable leaders.
  • Own, drive and/or participate in Shared Platform Investment related activities for the ECM product line.
  • Organize and facilitate various Level 4 Product Line routines with L3 Product stakeholders
  • L4 Product Line and L3 Product Roadshow organization & execution
  • L4 Product Line Score Card and Build League oversight and management
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to influence the use of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products and resource capacity for highly complex business and technical needs leveraging the ECM application platforms and services for managing documents and data.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience with JIRA and Confluence
Desired Qualifications:
  • General knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) capabilities.
  • Previous experience executing Change with ECM application platforms or Line of Business applications integrating with ECM platforms
  • Expert level use and management of JIRA and Confluence. Experience creating and managing rich dashboards & automating processes.
Job Expectations:

Other locations- 159,000.00 - 254,000.00 USD Annual
